Shipping & Returns

We gaurantee all our Cigars and accesories. If for any reason you have a problem with a shipment please notify us within 48 hrs. Upon reciept of your call or e-mail UPS will pick up your package as a return. All refunds, credits or exchanges will be given upon our reciept of your returned merchandise.
